Employment OPPORTUNITIES
The DE Group UK is working with the local community to help provide employment opportunities for local residents.

The DE Group, as part of our commitment to the local community, will be providing employment opportunities for residents and community members.

The DE Group are working alongside the Department for Work and Pensions, RBKC and local charities and schools to promote these positions and recruit for them.

The candidates we are looking for will be over 18 years old with an existing CSCS trade card, currently unemployed, with all roles being non-gender specific.

The candidates will all be local residents from (but not exclusive to) the North Kensington / W11 locality preferably.

The roles are a minimum of 1-year fixed PAYE contracts (from start date), and all opportunities will be based on our projects within London zones 1 and 2.

We are also offering student work experience placements within the DeGroup for administrative positions (can be 16 years of age plus) and site based positions (must be over I8 years of age) - typically of 1 to 6 week duration and unpaid.

The DE Group and partners are providing careers fairs for these construction related opportunities and additionally, a careers adviser to provide all aspects of advice on general career development for anyone who wants it or could benefit from it - see calendar for timings and locations of fairs and career advice.

Following engagement at these careers fairs, the DE Group encourage candidates to submit their CV (to hr@degroupuk.com) for the opportunity to be invited to attend a two day “shadowing” trial on site with the potential for a permanent position to be offered once this is successfully completed.

Apply by 10th July 2026.
