Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship schemes have offered opportunities to learn and gain valuable experience in a live working environment with the benefits of paid employment, on-the-job training and classroom-based learning, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

We have coordinated with various partners and offered apprenticeships to help provide opportunities for these individuals to become a wage earner, a peer within their group, and to develop a career within the construction industry.

These positions included a Quantity Surveyor, Ground Worker, Document Controller, Assistant Site Manager and an Assistant Site Engineer.

The scope of the courses offered included a college course for 18 months with a four day work/one day college balance. The DE Group’s commitment is to the end of the apprentice period, regardless of what project they may be working on.

All apprentices were from the W10 and W11 postcode areas.

We are now pleased (September2024) to offer a further 5 apprenticeships covering the same trades to candidates living in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea areas.

This website will be regularly updated with a range of opportunities that we hope will interest you.
