The DE Group offers training and support for local residents to obtain their CSCS cards. This scheme is available to community members who are unemployed and want help in overcoming the first hurdle of getting a construction job interview (which is obtaining the green labourer card). The DE Group will cover the health and safety training day as well as the touchscreen test (and card itself), plus the management of the whole process. Our partners within local Community Groups, RBKC and The Department for Work and Pensions will help provide us with candidates.

We are providing monthly training courses for the community, within the community, to refresh, maintain and provide additional skills for candidates, placing them back on the path to employment. Training courses consist of manual handling, Emergency First Aid at work, working at height, mindfulness and resilience and others.
